Orders and Shipping
Please use the Trade Request Account form.
For all trade orders delivery is included with the price you see on the product product page. To view pricing information please ensure you are logged in to your trade account.
Whenever possible, we will make out of stock products available for pre-order and this will be shown on the product page.
VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20%. All product prices are displayed on our site excluding and including VAT.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a link to a VAT invoice for you to download and print.
We do not store any of your payment details on our site. During a transaction all of your data is fully encrypted whilst being sent to the payment processor. We use stripe.com to process your payments. Stripe is a trusted leader within the industry.
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 working days.
We process orders for despatch up to midday Mon-Fri. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day and any orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, it may not be possible to change a shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible either through the ‘Contact us’ page or via email at [email protected] Please include your name and order number.
If you want to change a shipping address before placing an order, please login to your online account where you can update your details. Please remember to check that the details have been updated when placing your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a despatch notification by email which includes a tracking link.

Whenever possible, your products will arrive in one delivery. If there is a need for us to split a delivery, we will contact you directly to arrange.

All sales are final. We are not able to accept returns or refund unsold goods.
